Kawasaki Mule Filter

No-Toil Industries is proud to introduce the reusable Kawasaki Mule foam air filter.  This high performance air filter will out last and out perform the standard OEM paper filter. This foam element  filter stops and retains way more dirt than any other filter element and allows better airflow to your engine for better performance and mileage.  Also, foam lasts longer than a paper filter and it’s washable, reusable, and costs less! Our engineers have designed an extremely strong durable composite  filter cage to support the foam element that will last longer than the Kawasaki Mule itself. When used with our hand made foam filters, dirt in the engine is not an option. And, once you've bought the cage, there is no need to buy the cage again. Just re-order the foam sleeve replacement and save money! Foam filter elements must be treated with a sticky air filter oil.  For best results, use NO-TOIL BIO FILTER OIL.

NoToil Sposored Rider Places in Winter X Games

Jim Wazny has a leg up on his co-workers, and he doesn't mind the pun.

Wazny, the Winter X 2010 SnoCross Adaptive silver medalist (and two-time X Games Super X Adaptive athlete), is an amputee prosthetic technician, and he knows how to handle the guff clients dish out.

"I'll go in wearing a suit, start talking and they'll say, 'What do you know? You have both of your legs,' and they don't want to listen to me," he says. It's at that point Wazny pulls up his left pant leg to reveal his own hardware. "Their eyes get big and they definitely start showing interest in what I'm saying. Being an amputee talking to them has a lot more effect than an able-bodied doctor or another prosthetist telling them what they can and can't do."

Re:             Evolution Air Filter Oil

Date:         October 19, 2010

Evolution Air Filter Oil is the latest addition to our top-quality air filtration products.  Developed with forward-thinking technology, it is the world’s only truly “green” air filter oil.  The foremost technical change was the use of water as the carrier agent instead of alcohol.  As a result Evolution filter oil appears different when initially applied to the filter, but the performance characteristics make it the most advanced air filter oil in the world.  Evolution air filter oil is:

  • A super tacky, lab tested, filter oil that will stop dust and dirt
  •  A Non-flammable product that is not hazardous
  • Air shippable
  • Gentle on all foams and glue seams and compatible with all brands of foam and gauze air filters
  • Waterproof  and cannot be removed from the foam element with water alone
  • Increased air flow for more horsepower
  • Compatible with No-Toil filter cleaner and you will still be able to clean filters in seconds

NOTE: The water carrier drying time will vary depending on climate and relative humidity and will require at least 5 hours to “tack up” sufficiently for use. Overnight drying is recommended. Acceleration of drying time can be accomplished by direct sunlight or fans.  We recommend the (2) filter system where one filter is always on the bike and one being “prepped”.

For those riders who don’t have time for Evolution’s longer drying time, then the original No-Toil filter oil (in the red bottle) is the correct choice.  We will be offering the classic oil indefinitely for all those who wish to continue to purchase it.

We are confident that Evolution Air Filter Oil will provide you the performance you need and the convenience you want.

For all you fans out there of Moto the Movie you may already have a copy of Moto 2 the Movie and you may have noticed the cool new No-Toil logo rolling by at the beginning of the film. So we are proud to announce that No-Toil Industries is sponsoring Moto 2 the Movie. For those of you that have no idea what the crap we are talking about you may need to do a little research about the film. This is one of the sickest dirt bike films to come out in a long time. One of the great things about the film is no matter what kind of a rider you are there is something cool in the video for you. So if you are into tracks or trails even some trials riding, or if you don’t ride at all this movie will keep you entertained.  So if you have not seen either film we would recommend them both to you. We liked the first one so much we asked if we could be the official air filter, air filter oil, and air filter cleaner of the film. So if you would like to do that research here is a link to read more about it or if you just want to buy the movie.
